About the Author Harry P. Thal, CSA  is a 21 year veteran in the insurance industry. He is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and he has specialized in assisting individuals, small groups and senior citizens with health insurance needs. Harry is considered an expert in the Medicare and Long Term Care insurance areas and is an instructor to other insurance agents in the California continuing education program.  As his senior clients have aged, he gets more and more calls as to the problems seniors are having in obtaining prescription medication at affordable prices. This book is an outgrowth of his research to assist his own clients to get the least expensive medications possible.
